The Allen & Heath Qu-SB is a compact, rack-mountable digital mixer designed for live performance, studio recording, and fixed installations where space-saving flexibility and professional sound quality are essential. Offering up to 16 mono inputs with TRS and XLR connections, expandable via dSNAKE to 32 inputs, along with a stereo input and up to 24 mix outputs on XLR, the Qu-SB delivers powerful I/O capability in a stagebox-style format. It features AnaLOGIQ™ total recall analogue preamps for pristine audio performance and includes a stereo matrix output for additional routing flexibility.

Equipped with four stereo FX engines with dedicated sends and returns, four stereo groups, four mute groups, and four DCA groups, the Qu-SB provides comprehensive mixing control. Processing includes preamp, high-pass filter, gate, parametric EQ, compressor, and delay on inputs, as well as PEQ, graphic EQ, compressor, and delay on outputs. Automatic Mic Mixing simplifies multi-microphone management, while 31-band real-time analysis supports accurate system tuning. Effects are ported from the flagship iLive series, ensuring high-quality internal processing.

The mixer supports 100 scene memories with recall filters, channel safes, and user libraries for FX and processing. Qu-Drive enables stereo and 18-track recording directly to USB storage, and USB streaming allows multitrack recording and playback with Mac or Windows computers. MIDI DAW control is also supported for seamless studio integration. Wireless control is available via the Qu-Pad app for iPad and the Qu-You personal monitoring app for iOS devices, and the unit is compatible with the Allen & Heath ME personal mixing system. With user permissions for access management and an optimized fanless airflow design for silent operation, the Qu-SB offers professional performance in a highly versatile and installation-friendly format.
