The CX-Q 4K8 from QSC is a high-performance network amplifier designed specifically for seamless integration with Q-SYS. It allows simple drag-and-drop deployment within a Q-SYS design, enabling flexible network routing, advanced signal processing, and comprehensive system control. Built on a 5th generation high-efficiency Class-D hybrid powertrain derived from the proven PL380 PowerLight™ platform, the CX-Q 4K8 delivers reliable, powerful performance with exceptional efficiency.

The amplifier features FlexAmp™ and FAST (Flexible Amplifier Summing Technology™), providing highly adaptable channel power distribution to meet a wide range of loudspeaker configuration requirements. It also includes eight channels of routable mic/line inputs with +12V phantom power, offering additional integration points within Q-SYS environments.

Further enhancing its versatility, the unit incorporates a PowerLight universal switchmode power supply with power factor correction for improved efficiency, reduced weight, and enhanced audio performance. Touch-proof Euroblock loudspeaker connectors ensure secure installation, while eight bi-directional GPIO ports allow expanded control and third-party integration within Q-SYS systems. Automatic energy-saving modes reduce AC power consumption when full output is not required, maintaining excellent audio quality while maximizing operational efficiency.
