The Shure ULXD4D is a professional dual-channel digital wireless receiver designed for high-level sound reinforcement applications where performance, flexibility, and security are essential. Housed in a rugged 1RU metal chassis with an internal power supply, the ULXD4D effectively integrates two independent receivers into a single unit, making it ideal for touring, broadcast, corporate, and large-scale installed systems. With an expanded tuning range of up to 166 MHz (region dependent), it offers exceptional flexibility in complex RF environments.

Equipped with digital predictive switching diversity, the receiver ensures stable RF performance, while optimized scanning intelligently finds, prioritizes, and deploys the cleanest available frequencies to transmitters via IR sync. High Density mode allows significantly more channels to operate simultaneously within applications up to 30 meters, maximizing spectrum efficiency. For mission-critical applications, bodypack frequency diversity provides uninterrupted audio performance. AES 256-bit encryption is built in to guarantee secure wireless transmission.

Each channel features independent gain control with up to 60 dB of adjustable gain, dedicated LED meters, and separate XLR outputs with switchable mic/line level. Audio summing capability allows both channels to be routed to each XLR output when required. RF cascade ports enable distribution of the RF signal to additional units, simplifying multi-receiver setups. The ULXD4D also supports Dante™ digital audio networking over Ethernet, enabling seamless integration into networked audio systems.

Advanced networking capabilities allow streamlined frequency coordination and deployment across multiple receivers, with full integration into Wireless Workbench® software for monitoring, control, and coordination. The system also supports AMX/Crestron® control, compatibility with the AXT600 Axient® Spectrum Manager, and Yamaha® device ID functionality for simplified channel patching on CL series consoles.
