The JBL Control 16C/T is a powerful two-way 6.5" coaxial ceiling loudspeaker designed for high-quality background and foreground music in commercial environments. It features a 165 mm (6.5") high-output polypropylene cone driver with a butyl rubber surround, paired with a 19 mm (0.75") soft-dome liquid-cooled tweeter for clear highs and balanced full-range sound. With an extended frequency response of 62 Hz – 20 kHz, wide 110° coverage, and high 91 dB sensitivity, it delivers strong output and excellent sound dispersion across large spaces.

Built for durability and easy installation, the Control 16C/T includes an integrated backcan and dual conduit/cable clamps for quick and secure mounting. It supports both 70V/100V line systems and low-impedance direct operation, offering 50 watts at 8 ohms and 30W multi-tap settings for flexible system configuration. The vented, paintable baffle is made from UV-resistant UL94-rated materials and is available in white or black (-BK), making it ideal for retail stores, offices, restaurants, hospitality venues, and other commercial installations.
