The JBL Control 14C-VA is a two-way 4-inch coaxial ceiling loudspeaker designed for EN54-24 compliant life safety and voice alarm applications. It features a 100 mm (4") high-output polypropylene cone driver with butyl rubber surround and a 19 mm (0.75") soft-dome liquid-cooled tweeter, delivering clear, balanced sound for both music and speech. Housed in a vented, paintable baffle made from UV-resistant UL94-V0 and UL94-5VB flammability-rated materials, the speaker includes an integrated backcan for fast and secure installation.

Engineered for medium to high volume commercial environments, the Control 14C-VA is ideal for retail stores, hotels, airports, lounges, convention centers, educational facilities, and music/paging systems. It provides consistent sound coverage both on and off axis, ensuring excellent intelligibility throughout the space. Supporting both 70V/100V line systems and low-impedance direct operation, it delivers 30 watts at 8 ohms and 25W multi-tap settings, with a frequency range of 74 Hz – 20 kHz and wide 120° coverage for dependable performance in critical applications.
