The Powersoft OTTOCANALI 8K4 DSP+D is a high-performance 8-channel amplifier delivering up to 8,000 W at 4 Ω, designed for multi-zone applications in medium to large-scale installations. It supports Lo-Z loudspeakers, mono-bridgeable channel pairs, and 70V/100V Hi-Z distributed lines without the need for step-up transformers. Flexible routing, switchable main/aux inputs, and advanced DSP processing ensure precise sound shaping and full system control.

Equipped with universal switch-mode power supplies with PFC and SRM (Smart Rails Management) technology, the amplifier maximizes efficiency while minimizing power consumption and heat. The TI C6000 DSP platform provides multi-stage equalization (raised-cosine, IIR, FIR), input delays up to 2 s, output delay up to 100 ms, crossover, gain/polarity adjustments, TruePower™ and peak limiters, and Active DampingControl™.

Robust protection features include AC, DC, clip, VHF, thermal, short-circuit, and long-term RMS limits. The 2 RU, 14 kg chassis is compact and lightweight, with Phoenix connectors for analog/digital audio, alarms, and GPIO.
