The Quattrocanali 2404 DSP+D from Powersoft is a high-performance four-channel installation amplifier engineered for professional audio systems that demand flexibility, efficiency, and precise control. Built in a compact 1RU chassis and weighing just 7 kg, it features a patented ripple-cancellation output filter and low inrush limiting to reduce AC startup current, eliminating the need for external power sequencers. Advanced thermal management includes temperature-controlled variable-speed fans with front-to-back airflow and LCD-based temperature history monitoring for dependable continuous operation.

The amplifier incorporates comprehensive protection systems including AC, clip, DC, VHF, short-circuit, long-term RMS limiting, and thermal safeguards up to 80°C. It offers extensive configuration options such as defeatable clip limiters and gates per channel, digital gain/attenuation control, selectable gain and sensitivity, adjustable maximum output power, and user-selectable mains current draw.
