The SLXD4Q+ from Shure is a full-rack, quad-channel digital wireless receiver designed to deliver professional-grade performance in a compact and scalable format. As part of the SLX-D® Digital Wireless series, it provides transparent 24-bit digital audio with a wide 118 dB dynamic range and exceptionally stable RF performance, making it suitable for live sound, corporate events, houses of worship, broadcast environments, and large-scale installations.

Housed in a single rack space, the SLXD4Q+ accommodates four wireless channels in one unit, helping to reduce rack space requirements and accessory clutter. It features a 138 MHz wide tuning range, enabling broader geographical coverage and flexible frequency coordination. Depending on regional TV band allocations, the system can support up to 11 simultaneous systems in 6 MHz bands and up to 14 systems in 8 MHz bands. The receiver uses digital predictive switching diversity to maintain reliable signal stability, even in challenging RF environments.

The SLXD4Q+ incorporates ShowLink® Ease technology, allowing linked SLX-D+ transmitters and receivers to remain connected and automatically adapt to RF interference. Through this control link, users can remotely adjust transmitter parameters directly from the receiver, including changing frequency after identifying an open channel, adjusting power output, locking or unlocking transmitter controls, and performing transmitter firmware updates. Monitoring and configuration can be managed via Wireless Workbench desktop software or remotely through the WWB Mobile app using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity.

For enhanced reliability, each SLX-D+ receiver includes Shure’s patented Digital Feedback Reducer software, which automatically minimizes unwanted audio feedback if it occurs. Every SLX-D+ component ships with AES-256 encryption installed, ensuring secure and protected wireless transmission. The receiver also offers audio summing capabilities to match outputs to available mixer channels in configurations of four, three, two, or one channel. Connectivity includes four XLR outputs, four 1/4" outputs, and two local Ethernet connections. Through RF Cascade functionality, up to three SLXD4Q+ units can be linked to create a 12-channel system without additional accessories. Built with rugged metal construction and intelligent bias voltage power supply management, the SLXD4Q+ provides a durable, scalable, and network-ready wireless solution for professional audio applications.
